Below you will find information about what data may be processed by the Calibrated Style™ website, for what purpose, for how long and how you can manage consent for marketing cookies.
Data controller
The controller of personal data is Bartosz Rudnik, operating under the Calibrated Style™ brand. Privacy contact: askme@calibrated.style.
Calibrated Style™ is a personal brand. If the business scope or cooperation model requires additional identification details, this document will be updated accordingly.
What data do I process?
Depending on how you use the website, the following data may be processed:
- data submitted through the form: name, email, phone number, preferred cooperation model and message content,
- technical data related to website operation, such as IP address, device type, browser and basic server logs,
- marketing data from Meta Pixel and Google tag, but only if you consent to marketing cookies.
Purposes and legal bases
- Replying to an enquiry and agreeing the scope of cooperation - steps before entering into a contract.
- Communication, website security and potential claims handling - legitimate interest of the controller.
- Measuring Meta and Google advertising performance and remarketing - only based on your consent.
Form data is stored for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, and then for a period justified by protection against claims or continued correspondence. Marketing consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Recipients and tools
Data may be processed by technical providers supporting the website and communication, in particular:
- Netlify - website hosting and form handling,
- the email provider used for askme@calibrated.style,
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. - only for Meta Pixel and only after marketing consent,
- Google - only for Google tag and only after marketing consent,
- IT, accounting or legal providers where required to run the business.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, appropriate legal safeguards should apply, for example Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access, correct and delete your data,
- restrict processing, transfer data and object to processing,
- withdraw marketing consent at any time, without affecting earlier lawful processing,
- submit a complaint to the Polish Data Protection Authority.
